We use premier shipping partners to ensure quality and timely delivery, so you can shop with peace of mind—whether you're in India or anywhere around the globe.
📍Domestic Shipping (Within India)
Delivery Timeline:
Bridal Wear: Ships in 2–4 weeks
Sarees, Jewelry & Accessories: Ships within 2-4 business days and up to 1 week
Delivery After Dispatch: Arrives in 3–4 business days domestically unless courier does not service your location such as in case of very remote locations, the timeline may vary.
Shipping Charges:
Domestically, the shipping charges are waived off. In some cases the package exceeds 7 kgs, there may be a charge however our customer care will inform you of the same. A fixed shipping fee may then be applied to maintain premium delivery.
Fees are subject to change as per company policy.
Taxes & Pricing:
All prices shown are inclusive of Indian taxes and VAT.
Order Confirmation & Tracking:
You’ll receive an order number on screen and a confirmation email.
A tracking number/AWB will be shared via email once shipped.
Changing Your Shipping Address:

Once dispatched, the address cannot be changed.
Insurance:
All products are fully insured until they reach your address.
For damage claims, notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package. We will require the video and pics of your unboxing to verify the issue.
🌐 International Shipping (USA & Worldwide)
Delivery Timeline:
Bridal Wear: Ships in 2 weeks unless mentioned specifically to customer via email and WhatsApp communication.
Sarees, Jewelry & Accessories: Ships in up to 1 week unless mentioned specifically to customer via email and WhatsApp communication.
Delivery After Dispatch: Arrives in 7 business days usually. Any delays once the parcel lands in your country customs may be out of our purview. To ensure no delays, customer must pay duty, taxes, vat or other fees levied by their local custom duty office.
Shipping Charges:
We are partnered with premium shippers and couriers. This means you will face little to no delay from their end. Any package over 5 kgs will incur a fixed international shipping fee. This could begin at $25 depending on the weight. We price our outfits in the affordable luxury category therefore we do not over charge to include shipping charges in our final prices. The final delivery charges to international locations will be specifically to customer via email and WhatsApp communication if the package runs over 5kgs.

Duties & Taxes:
International orders may be subject to customs duties or local taxes upon delivery.
These charges are not included in the product price. If a customer refuses to pay these fees to their local customs and duty body, and the outfit is shipped back to our office, no funds will be returned to the customer.
Order Confirmation & Tracking:
You’ll get a confirmation email and tracking number once your order is processed and dispatched.
Changing Your Shipping Address:

Shipping addresses cannot be modified once the order is dispatched.
Insurance:
All items are insured in transit until they are delivered.
If the item arrives damaged, notify us within 24 hours of receipt. An unboxing video is mandatory so please ensure you take videos and pics while unboxing the items.
