We only offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternate product, we suggest that you return it to obtain store credit and purchase the new item separately.
The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to our Easy 48 Hours Return & Exchange Policy:
1. Returns & Credit Note:
Returned items will be eligible for credit note, which can be used on future purchases (Valid Till 6 Month).
All returned products must be unused, in original condition, and have all tags and packaging intact.
2. What Can’t Be Returned or Exchanged:
The following items are non-returnable/non-exchangeable:
-Customized products
-Jewelry and accessories
-Stitched blouses
-Shapewear
3. Important Guidelines:
-Returns/exchanges are only accepted for purchases made directly through our website or mobile site.
-If you're sending the item back yourself, Use a secure and reliable courier service. Make sure the package is well-sealed to prevent damage.
-Ensure the items handed to the courier match the return/exchange request details. Do not ship anything back without officially notifying us—unauthorized returns will not be processed.
Domestic Refund will be provided in 5-7 business days
International Refund will be provided in 12-14 business days
