This policy sets out the terms and conditions, on fulfillment of which Nonita may permit you to either (i) return the products and/or (ii) exchange them for other products.
This policy applies to all the products sold by Nonita through the Website
You are requested to read our Terms and Conditions and other policies available on the Website in addition to this policy as the same are binding upon you.
Conditions for Cancellation:
Nonita has a simple and hassle-free Cancellation policy for products purchased from the Website/in-house customer call center provided the following conditions are fulfilled:
For all products, we offer a 24-hour cancellation policy. Most of these are made-to-order products; hence the order cannot be cancelled post 24 hours of order placement. You can still raise exceptions with our customer care team at (info@nonitafashion.com) and they will get back to you in 24-48 hours.
Conditions for Returns or Exchange:
Nonita Fashion has a simple and hassle-free return and/or exchange policy for certain products purchased from the Website/in-house call center provided the following conditions are fulfilled:
- For apparel, we offer a 3-day return policy. However, customized styles are non-returnable/non-exchangeable. Jewellery and accessories are non-returnable/non-exchangeable. Stitched blouses, underskirts, and petticoats made to order are also non-returnable/non-exchangeable. Footwear is exchangeable only if there is any size issue
- Products that are on any type of sale including bundles, buy one get one free, and any discounts more than 10% off are also non-returnable/non-exchangeable.
- For Returns or Exchange timelines, please check the return policy under the shipping details of any product. Nonita Fashion may update this from time to time and without any prior intimation to you.
- The product must be returned in its original condition along with the invoice, all labels, tags, authenticity cards, dust bags, designer boxes, hangers, freebies, if any, and other packaging intact and sold as a part of the product.
- Any product sought to be returned or exchanged should be unworn, unused, or unwashed. A video of the product that is shipped back to Nonita Fashion is required from the purchaser. Products that are found to be worn, used, damaged, or soiled will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- Any footwear sought to be exchanged should be unused. Thus, footwear worn for trial purposes must be done on a carpeted surface. Footwear with worn soles will not be accepted for exchange.
- Products returned under this policy will be subject to quality testing/inspection.
- The product's original tags, if attached, must be intact for a successful return. If the original tags are missing, Nonita Fashion may decline the return request and send the product back to the customer.
- If the product is returned to us due to unpaid customs duty charges at the point of entry then those charges will be deducted additionally from the total amount to be returned to the customer. If there is damage to the product then the customer will not be eligible for any return.
- In case of any return/exchange/alteration request for international orders, a restocking or return handling fee of 20% of the product-selling value will be applicable on return requests, depending on the user's frequency of returns on Nonita Fashion.
- In case of any return/exchange/alteration request for India orders, certain return requests may incur a restocking or return handling fee of 18% of the product-selling price. The exact return-handling fee for a specific user will depend on the frequency of returns on Nonita Fashion. Returns will be blocked for those users whose return rate is greater than 60%.
- The return-handling fee will be deducted from the amount refunded to the Nonita Fashion wallet/original source of payment when executing the refund.
- Complaints for missing/damaged/wrong items delivered should be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- In the event that the product to be returned satisfies the Statutory Refund Criteria, you will be entitled to a refund of the consideration for such product which will be credited to either your Nonita Fashion Wallet or the original account/mode of payment. Whereas "Statutory Refund Criteria” means any one of the following cases –
- The product purchased by you does not conform to the characteristics or features listed on the website or otherwise agreed to in writing; or
- The product purchased by you is delivered late from the stated delivery schedule including 10 extra days, except where such delay is on account of unforeseeable circumstances out of Nonita Fashion control or any other force majeure.
- In the event that the product to be returned does not satisfy the Statutory Refund Criteria in the clause above, but satisfies Store Refund Criteria, you may be entitled to a refund of the consideration for such product in the form of store credit which will be credited to your Nonita Fashion Wallet.
- The product purchased by you is not included in the list of non-returnable or non-exchangeable products under this policy.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in this policy, Nonita Fashion reserves the right to reject any request for the return and/or exchange of any products without giving any reasons for the same.
- Nonita Fashion Wallet shall not exceed the value of the product returned and/or exchanged but may be subject to deductions of any benefits for example any discounts availed, shipping or delivery charges waiver, etc., if any.
- Customized or special delivery orders cannot be returned/exchanged/ refunded.
- Nonita Fashion is not responsible for any charges/fees that the banks/ credit cards/payment gateways may apply for any transactions.
Why is there a return handling fee?
Nonita Fashion allows ease of shopping with hassle-free return and exchange options.
However, some customers take undue advantage of this service and attempt to abuse it. They take this service for granted and start returning their products more frequently, without realizing how their decision is going to adversely affect their return rate.
When customers opt to return a product, the system will record their return rate. Customers will be charged a restocking or return handling fee of 18% for India and 20% for international orders of product-selling price, whichever is lower.
Returns or Exchange Procedure:
The returns procedure can also be initiated through the Website by following the below-mentioned steps:
- If you purchased from the Website as a guest, please register on the Website using the same email address provided while purchasing the product so that your products appear in your order history. You can initiate the process of return only if the said product appears in your order history.
- Alternatively, you can initiate the returns/exchange procedure by writing an e-mail to email (info@nonitafashion.com)
- Suppose you are not the actual purchaser but received the product from some Nonita Fashion customer, (for example as a gift). In that case, you will have to request the concerned Nonita Fashion customer to initiate the return process.
Return Process:
- For international orders, return shipping charges are borne by the customer.
- For Indian orders, there is no cost to the customer for shipping.
- For international returns, please ship the product back to Nonita Fashion using the address provided by us. You will be solely responsible for ensuring that the product is returned in good condition, and Nonita Fashion will not be liable for any damage incurred during transit.
- Nonita Fashion will send you a confirmation email upon receiving the product. After conducting a quality check and inspecting the product, Nonita Fashion will inform you of its decision regarding the acceptance or rejection of the return within 3 (three) working days.
- If Nonita Fashion accepts the return/exchange request, the value of the product returned/exchanged (minus the restocking fee and other applicable fees) will be credited to either your Nonita Fashion Wallet or the original account/mode of payment within 10(Ten) working days of receiving the product. However, if Nonita Fashion rejects the return/exchange we will provide the option to ship the product back to you.

Are there any duties and taxes?
For customers within India, all prices listed on the website include Indian taxes and VAT. For customers outside of India, Nonita Fashion is not responsible for any customs, import duties, or taxes that may apply.
How do I know my order has been placed?
Upon placing your order, you will see an order confirmation number on your screen. You will also receive an email confirmation from us. In case there are any issues with processing your order, you will be notified with an email.
How do I track my order?
Once you have placed an order, we will send you a tracking number/ AWB through an email. You will be able to view the date your item is in process the date of shipment to the date of your item being in the process of delivery.
When will I receive my order?
The estimated delivery time of each product is mentioned on the product page. Please take note of the dates given before you proceed to checkout. However, delivery of the purchased item is subject to availability.
Orders within India should reach the customer within 3-4 days after the date of dispatch. Orders outside India should reach the customer within 5-7 days after the date of dispatch.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
