Exchange Policy
We currently offer size exchanges only.
If you wish to exchange your item for a different product, we recommend returning the original item and receiving a store credit, which can then be used to purchase another item separately.
Exceptions & Rules for the 48-Hour Return & Exchange Policy
1. Returns & Credit Note
• Returned items will be eligible for a credit note, which can be used for future purchases.
• The credit note is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
• All returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include all tags and original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Customized products
• Jewelry and accessories
• Stitched blouses
• Shapewear
3. Important Guidelines
• Returns and exchanges are only accepted for orders placed directly through our official website or mobile site.
• If you are returning the item on your own, please use a secure and reliable courier service. Ensure the package is properly sealed to prevent damage during transit.
• The items handed to the courier must match the return or exchange request submitted to us.
• Do not ship any item back without notifying us first, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.
